Our strong partnership with Lovell Homes continued to go from strength to strength as we undertook the branding and marketing for Weaver Park. This was the next exciting phase in Lovell’s impressive Platting Village development, which saw the regeneration of what was Miles Platting into a thriving new community on the edge of Manchester city centre.

Taking the development’s name as a starting point, we brought brought to life the essence of what it stood for and the values that made it unique. This saw us design a look and feel that embodied the rich tapestry of modern life and traditional values that intertwined to offer not just properties, but a setting that people were proud to call home.

After working closely with the team at Lovell to develop the positioning for Weaver Park, we then went on to create all the marketing material. From signage to brochures and emails to online advertising, we produced comms that were as welcoming and enticing as the development itself. This saw us use a toolbox of specially created Weaver Park imagery, graphics and colour palette that were created to give a warm and welcoming feel for families, first time buyers and down sizers alike.  All this was complemented by equally warm headlines and copy that took its cues from what the development embodied.

As with previous developments, On Fire brought the development to life by combining strategic thinking with creative knowhow. As a result, the launch of Weaver Park was a huge success, no small thanks to it having to its own distinct branding supported by a highly targeted marketing campaign.
