Once the headquarters of Worcester County Constabulary, Station House in the heart of historic Stourbridge was a remarkable property. Built in the 1900s, it was now to undergo a meticulous transformation into luxury apartments. What it needed was a brand and marketing comms every bit as distinctive as the landmark building itself.

Rebranding a former police station into luxury flats demanded a strategic approach that respected the site's past while emphasizing its transformation into upmarket living spaces for future home owners. We therefore set about creating something every bit as unique as the property that conveyed a sense of heritage, security and modern luxury in one.

Our strategy involved highlighting the building's unique historical significance in order to differentiate it from typical residential offerings. Design considerations included using a sophisticated colour palette, sleek typography and high-quality imagery and graphics that evoked elegance and exclusivity while at the same time bringing its past as a police station front and centre. This was supported by playful tongue-in-cheek headlines that played off well-known police terminology and phrases.

The transformation of a landmark building is always something that needs to be treated with respect and care. Its branding is no different. Safe to say that the team at On Fire did an excellent job of producing marketing material that was every bit as impressive as the development itself.
